50ml Harveys The Bristol Cream sherry, 25ml maraschino liqueur, 15ml fresh lemon juice, 75ml fresh orange juice, 2 dashes Angostura® bitters, sprig of mint
Shake ingredients with ice and strain into a large glass. Garnish with orange, a sprig of mint and serve.
50ml Harveys The Bristol Cream sherry, 50ml Apple Juice, dash of ginger ale, cinnamon stick, with mint and apple slices to garnish
Fill a glass with ice, 50ml The Bristol Cream, 50ml Apple Juice. Top up with a dash of ginger ale. Swirl with a cinnamon stick and leave in the glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint and apple slices.
50ml Harveys The Bristol Cream sherry, 1 tsp simple syrup, 2 dashes Angostura Bitters, plus more to taste, 1 slice of orange peel, 1 maraschino cherry
In a glass, combine simple syrup and bitters. Fill glass halfway with ice, then stir about a dozen times. Add enough ice to fill glass. Squeeze orange peel over glass to extract oils, add peel to glass, and add sherry. Stir and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
30ml light rum, 10ml Harveys The Bristol Cream sherry, juice of half a lime
Combine ingredients, shake, serve.
