Palomino grapes, Harveys Fino is instantly recognisable by its pale yellow, almost straw-like
appearance. Its nose is a different matter entirely – it’s much less subtle, with a hint
of sea air and grilled almond. Full of dry fruits and almond notes, some are even able to recognise a
hint of fresh dough as well. With a refreshingly crisp, dry palate, Fino unveils a nutty range of
flavour that’s almost herb like. An ideal aperitif or accompaniment to hard cheeses, charcuterie or even
smoked salmon. Best enjoyed very chilled at about 5–7 ºC.
