Harveys Rich Old Oloroso V.O.R.S

From criadera to soleras, a lifetime of peace, tranquillity and skill are all apparent in Harveys VORS (Very Old Rare Sherries). Certified by the Consejo Regulador de la Denominacion de Origin to be a wine over 30 years of age. 90% Palomino grape and 10% Pedro Ximenez. Foundation of Solera 1909. It has a lovely mahogany colour with complex palate of spices and fruit. The nose conjures up a harmony of dry fruit and cedar which is rounded off by a fine, smooth finish. Serve slightly chilled at about 15–17ºC. Once opened, keep in a cool place and consume within four to six weeks.
