50ml Harveys Bristol Cream sherry, dash of lemonade, seasonal fruits to serve
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Squeeze in a wedge of lime and drop into the glass. Measure in 50ml of Harveys Bristol Cream. Top with lemonade, garnish with seasonal fruits and serve.
1 lime, diced, 1 lemon, diced, 75ml fino sherry, 1 tsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp gomme sugar syrup, soda water, crushed ice, lemon peel, to serve
Put the lime, lemon, sherry, juice and syrup into a glass and mix well. Top up with soda water and ice. Squeeze the lemon peel over the top of the glass, so that the outer skin releases the lemon oil and serve.
